Summary:
Responsible for the management and maintenance of database information across student information systems used by Undergraduate, International and Graduate Admissions.
Monitor and audit data integration between the CRM, ERP, document imaging system and other platforms used.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Input, edit and verify data to ensure accuracy of files between CRM and ERP systems.
Extract and manipulate data from database systems to produce programs and custom reports to fulfill special requests.
Coordinate interfaces between major systems and programs, including web applications with backend databases and running daily data integration processes.
Prepare and conduct comprehensive system and programming tests on all admitting departmentally used campus systems.
Troubleshoot and strategize solutions for problems utilizing database queries and triggers.
Serve as technical support person for admission and other student services offices with applications and general strategizing using technological tools.
Organize and maintain procedure manuals and data collection forms.
Provide end user support including documentation and training.
Attend conferences or training, study technical journals and subscribe to discussion groups to keep up with technological changes.
Serve on departmental and university-wide committees as assigned.
Coordinate tasks for others as appropriate.
Provide backup for other co-workers as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or related area.
Experience working with database driven web-based applications.
Experience in systems analysis and programming, utilizing various programming languages including PHP, SQL, XML, HTML and JavaScript.
Experience installing, managing and documenting on premise and/or hosted enterprise software applications.
Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite.
Ability to train and demonstrate technical functionality to groups and individuals.
Good problem-solving skills, analytical ability, organization skills, written and oral communications skills.
Ability to work independently and without supervision.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Experience working with CRM solutions (Slate, Salesforce, or other).
Preferred experience working with Ellucian Colleague student information system and a document imaging and workflow system.
Experience managing databases.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
