ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Assemble electrical systems/prototypes using hand tools or measuring instruments.
Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and/or testing instruments.
Evaluate lab equipment for proper functionality.
Assure adherence to all safety and health policies and procedures.
Communicate with electrical and skilled trades faculty regarding special needs and maintenance of laboratory facilities.
Maintain inventory system of all electrical supplies and specialized equipment.
Maintain open lab time for students to utilize lab equipment.
Work independently and mentor students and student workers when applicable.
Required Qualifications Associate degree in a relevant technical area or two (2) years completed college-level coursework (60
credit hours) or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Self-directed and highly motivated in completing assignments correctly and on time.
Additional Experiences Considered Ability to work with diverse population.
Ability to work as a team member.
Proficient oral and written communications skills.
Proficient in the use of technology, i.

, a personal computer, Microsoft Office products, and the Internet.
